The following cancellation policies apply to bookings formalized trough this portal
-Bookings cancelled druing the 30 days prior to the check-in date: Only the cleaning fee will be refunded.
-Bookings cancelled prior to 30 days before the check-in date: A refund of 50% of the total price will be issued.
All bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 4 hours after being made.
To cancel a booking, please contact us trough email (hola@simplyhosted.es) or phone (+34 631 489 2809, 10a.m.-8p.m. CEST).
This policies might be superseed in favour of our guests due to our Special Circumstances Cancellations Policy, as described in our Terms&Conditions.
-Please, read the listing carefully regarding pet policy and smoking.
-Listings are no-pets suitable unless otherwise specified. Smoking indoors is strictly forbidden.
-Guests with pets are advised to call or contact us regarding extra fees (up to 50€ per stay).
-All guests over 16 must produce a Government-issued ID with picture.
-No parties or events allowed.
-Visitors are only allowed upon request and only until 8pm.
-Check-in time is from 4pm to 10pm.
-Check-out time is until 11am
-Early check-in and late check-in and check-out might be available upon request depeding on availibility.
