Cozy one-bedroom apartment in the heart of the center, at La Viña neighbourhood and near sights like the Caleta Beach, the Cathedral, Campo del Sur and the Central Market. This street-level apartment is located in a historical building, and both building and apartment have been fully renovated less than a year ago. Everything, from the furniture to the amenities, are totally new. The apartment is perfect to spend some days near the beach or explore the city.
The apartment has a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen (including washing machine, stove, oven, microwave, dishware, pots, coffee machine, etc.), a dining table, TV and an extremely comfortable sofa-bed for two people. The apartment also has a full bathroom and a double bedroom (two single beds) with storage space. The apartment was renovated in Januiary, 2019, and all furniture, facilities and appliances are new and work perfectly. The apartment is nicely decorated, so our guests have a pleasant stay in a functional apartment. The apartment also has A/C and Wi-Fi free of charge.

The neighborhood of La Viña, located in the heart of the Old Town of Cadiz (the city centre), is among the most popular places in Cadiz. There are plenty of shops, supermarkets and bars around, and the Central Market is just 3 minutes away walking.
Everything in the Old Town is easily reachable walking, and there are buses connecting the Old Town with the beaches in the new part and other towns and cities around. Parking and navigating the narrow streets of Cadiz is very hard, but we can help you find a location to park during you stay (most likely paid or very far away from the house!)
